• communication history (emails/messages/calls)

Purpose: CV check/optimization, career strategy support, curated job matching, support during the application process, and after-hire follow-up.
Legal basis: performance of (pre-)contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); in some cases legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Important: We will not share your candidate profile with any employer/client without your prior approval (e.g., your explicit “go” for a specific role/company), unless a different arrangement is clearly agreed with you.

3) Technical screening by a Senior DevOps interviewer (partner)

To provide a realistic technical level assessment, we may involve a Senior DevOps Interview Partner (internal or external).

Data shared: typically your CV/resume and interview notes relevant to the assessment.
Purpose: technical screening, level assessment, and risk/strength evaluation for matching.
Legal basis: (pre-)contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and/or legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Where required, we ensure appropriate contractual safeguards (confidentiality and, if applicable, data processing agreements).

4) Who we share data with (Recipients)

• Employers/clients (only after your approval for a specific role/company)

• Service providers (processors) who help us operate our business, such as:
